Centivos Ltd produce comprehensive Lighting Design packages that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. These can be private, by design to standard BS 5489-1 Principles and Code of Practice or to Adoptable Section 38 and 278 Lighting Standards.
We work with Planners, Developers, Engineers, Architects, Ecologists, Building Contractors and others, providing External Lighting Designs, Reports, Calculations, Assessments, and Consulting Services.
Section 38 Lighting Designs
We provide Full Lighting Design packages that meet fully Adoptable solutions when building New Developments in line with Section 38 of the Highways Act (1980). This enabling a Local Authority to Adopt the newly constructed Roads and Infrastructure.
Section 278 Lighting Designs
We provide Full Lighting Design packages for Highway Infrastructure alterations and improvements in line with Section 278 of the Highways Act (1980). We work closely with Developers, Traffic Engineers, Utility Service providers and Local Authority Highway Engineers in delivering complete Lighting Design packages.
Environmental Lighting Impact Assessments
An Environmental Lighting Impact Assessment Report is a comprehensive document that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of proposed lighting installations. The assessment is crucial for understanding how lighting projects can effect the environment, wildlife and local community.

Centivos Ltd provide Full Lighting packages to meet the requirements for all individual needs. All quotes for work are comprehensive and completely FREE. All work is completed by fully qualified technical designers using AutoCad and Lighting Reality and delivering in a readable format. All work meets current British standards and adheres to Highway Authority specification.
